Welcome in Amsterdam!<\/p>\n

Below you can find some usefull information about the EAP Indoor Amsterdam 2023.<\/p>\n

For the jumping there will be screening: you can participate if you fullfill the EAP standards.<\/p>\n

PARKING<\/strong>
\nAt Sportcentrum Ookmeer’s parking lot is plenty of space to park your vehicle. Parking is free of charge.<\/p>\n

WARMING-UP; <\/strong><\/p>\n

From 11:00-18:00u there is a indoor sport hal available for warming up; there is enough spaces, but note that spikes are forbidden. Before each event we will have some minutes to do the last stage of your warming up wearing spikes.<\/p>\n

CALL ROOM<\/strong>
\nWe will decide and communicate about the call procedure<\/p>\n

DOUBLE EVENTS
\n<\/strong>If you want to participate in both long and high jump: the interim participation in another event must be reported to the jury. The referee can change the order in a round so that an athlete is able to participate in another event as well. The turn(s) during the absence according to the jury list will expire and can not be overtaken. All other combination of events won’t be at the same time.<\/p>\n

FIRST AID<\/strong>
\nFirst Aid will be present at the Indoor Amsterdam.<\/p>\n

CASH PRIZES<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are cash prizes for the best three men and the best three women. The prizes are \u20ac100,- for the first, \u20ac50,- for the second and \u20ac25,- for the third. Prizes will be awarded over all four events according to World Athletics scoring points (formerly known as IAAF). The victor ceremonies are 16:50. You have to be present during the ceremony to receive a prize.<\/p>\n

RESULTS<\/strong>
\nAll results can be followed live at atletiek.nu<\/a>. There will be a live stream to follow the event at the YouTube account of AV Phanos.<\/a><\/p>\n

SPIKES<\/strong>
\nSpike points longer than 6mm are not allowed.<\/p>\n

Long jump<\/strong>
\nThe organization will provide runway markers. It is not allowed to make marks with chalk. Each participant will have three attempts, the top 8 participants + top 1 IPC participant will have three more jumps in the final round.<\/p>\n

High jump<\/strong><\/p>\n

The starting height and bar raise. Both will be decided in accordance with the quality of athletes. At each height each participant will have three attempts, with no overal maximum.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
